Happy Diwali to everyone!!! Its a new year and with it comes a clean start.... and lots of fireworks!!! This city hasn't slept in days... today was huge there were fireworks every second. Its 12am and they have become a bit sporadic now but still going on. Tomorrow will be the finale .... it has been quite exciting to celebrate diwali here and see the festive spirit. The markets have been packed and everyone is giving sweets to everyone and wishing them well wishes... people i dont even know well are so welcoming!!! I love the spirit. Its a bit like Christmas but then not... kinda hard to explain.
Anyhow Im off to Goa for the weekend to relax on a beach and enjoy watching the BLUE ocean!!!
