Power Cleanse Day 3

Day 3 and Im feeling great. There are moments of clarity and then larger moments of ambiguity but all in all I am enjoying the dance .

Morning Breakfast
Almond Milk , Blueberry, Banana, Mango Smoothie - YUM

Lunch
Veggie sandwich on Wheat bread with Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado, Sprouts, and lettuce. Always check your sandwich since sometimes cheese and other unasked for condiments can sneak inside... mine had cheese which I just picked out. Not sure if the bread has eggs in it but it was all i could find .

Also, take a moment today to honor the lives of September 11th.
