21 Day Power Cleanse Week 2

After a short break this weekend to partake in wedding festivities I am back on the cleanse and in week 2 - Uncooked Plant Based Foods. Its important to know that life is full of suprises and unexpected feelings, events, etc. Even when in a cleanse be compassionate with your mind, body, and soul and if you need to take a break allow yourself that break however when you are done get right back on it. I will again come back to this concept of the "dance" , all activities in life are a dance , just go with the flow :-)

Week 2 - Uncooked Plant Based Foods
It was my first day incorporating the wheatgrass shot and for anyone that has taken these things they have quite a distinct flavor and AFTERTASTE... it made feel a bit nauseated and I continued to burp up the taste....ewwww... hopefully day two of it is better.

Day 1
Breakfast

Strawberries, bananas, mango smoothie
add almonds for extra flavor

Lunch
pasta salad with broccolli (plant based but not raw)

Wheatgrass shot

Dinner
Mixed greens, carrots, brocolli, cucumber, spinach, tofu salad

Dessert
Mango
