Power Cleanse Day 2

Day 2 went fairly smooth started the day out with my favorite smoothie:

Almond Milk
Mango
Strawberries

Although I quickly became hungry again and ate leftover cheeseless pizza . A few hours later as I ran around from one appt to another I stopped off at Starbucks with the intention of getting a refreshing sugar free ice tea and walked out with an Odwalla Juice Smoothie ... not sure what caused the shift but the juice was satisfying.

Late afternoon snack consisted of another smoothie with Almond Milk, Mango and Blackberries.

By the time dinner came around I was very hungry and had leftover veggie stirfry from yesterday with some Indian Roti. Followed by fresh figs for my sweet tooth.

I must stress again it is important to drink 2 quarts of water every day ! I reached a point of extreme thirst and my water bottle was empty , not a fun situation to be in.
